Our Story

At Ciao Bella, every dish tells a story—one rooted in tradition, family, and a love for authentic Italian cuisine. Our journey began in the rolling hills of Tuscany, where the Rossi family spent generations gathered around the table, sharing homemade pasta, fresh bread, and stories that lasted long into the evening.

In 1945, with little more than cherished recipes and a dream, the family brought their traditions to the United States. They wanted to create more than just a restaurant—they wanted to recreate the feeling of home. What started as a small, family-run kitchen quickly grew into a place where guests could experience the warmth, flavors, and hospitality of Italy.

Inspired by those early days, Ciao Bella continues to honor time-honored recipes and simple, fresh ingredients. From hand-rolled pasta to rich, slow-simmered sauces, every dish reflects the heart and soul of Italian cooking passed down through generations.

Our name, meaning “hello beautiful,” is more than just a greeting—it’s how we welcome every guest who walks through our doors. Whether you’re joining us for a family dinner, a date night, or a special celebration, we strive to create an experience that feels both comforting and unforgettable.

At Ciao Bella, you’re not just a guest—you’re part of our family.
